Remove the salad stalk and outer leaves, then wash and dry the leaves carefully.
Heat a Zepter dish until the heat control shows red. Minimize fire.
Fry the beef until golden brown on both sides. Add the garlic cloves and green onions.
Temper the lettuce, draining it of water as much as possible.
Then add the tomatoes, cover the bowl and simmer for about 15 minutes.
Just before serving, you can add a little large ground pepper, a few crystals of fine salt, and a little olive oil.
