Leave the dough to thaw.

Spread on the worktop (by hand) and cut perfect squares (if they are not perfect it does not come out).

I cut a sheet into 6 squares.

Each square is cut on the edge at 1 cm, totally at 2 opposite corners on the diagonal and with space between the cuts at the other 2 opposite corners.

Take the cut edges and position them on the opposite corner, making a loop in the uncut corner. (see photo)

The edges stick to the base with egg yolk.

Put in a tray lined with baking paper, grease with egg yolk only the edges and curls and prick the bottom of the tarts with a fork so that it does not swell.

The bottom of the tarts is not greased with egg.

Put them in the preheated oven at 200 degrees and let them rise for 15 minutes, after which the fungus of the tarts that has risen is stung once more, reduce the heat and keep for another 15 minutes until they brown nicely.

Remove from the oven and leave to cool.

Wash the strawberries well and choose the ones with the tail for decoration.

Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice.

Add the powdered sugar, vanilla sugar, liquid cream and the bag of Creme Ole and mix with the normal mixer until you get a consistent cream (3-4 minutes).

Put in the fridge.

For decoration I dried the strawberries with the tail.

I melted the chocolate in a microwave.

I took each strawberry, rolled it in chocolate and put them in a tray lined with baking paper.

Put in the fridge to harden the chocolate.

Fill the baskets with strawberry cream and decorate with strawberries, Milk Core and chocolate strawberries.

Store in the refrigerator.

Good appetite!

Cut the countertop sheet in half, obtaining 2 sheets of the same size. If you have a sheet-sized tray, place baking paper or cling film on it and assemble the cake there.

Coconut cream cake

125 g butter / margarine
100 g brown sugar
3 eggs
200 g flour
2 tablespoons cocoa
2 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon full of baking powder
300 ml milk
3 tablespoons filled with semolina
100 g butter / margarine
100 g of sugar
100 g coconut
caramel milk or coconut liqueur
200 g milk chocolate
50 g butter / margarine

Rub the butter with the sugar and when the composition becomes frothy we start adding eggs, one by one, mixing well after each one. Add the milk. Sift flour and cocoa through a sieve and add them to the above composition. Pour everything into a tray lined with baking paper (20x30 cm) and put in the preheated oven. Leave in the oven for 18-20 minutes at 180 degrees C. While the puddle cools, prepare a caramel milk: caramelize 2-3 tablespoons of sugar (only until golden) and quench it with 200 ml of milk. Leave it on the fire until the sugar melts and with this mixture we syrup the top. For the cream: put the milk, butter, sugar and semolina on the fire until it thickens. Add the coconut and mix well. Keep the cream on the fire for about 2-3 minutes and pour hot over the cooled countertop. Level and pour the icing prepared as follows: melt the chocolate in a bain-marie, add the butter and mix well. Leave the cake in the fridge for at least an hour. Slice with a heated knife.

Cake with leaves and boiled cocoa cream

It was:
650-700g flour
3 eggs
9 tablespoons sugar
9 tablespoons oil
9 tablespoons milk
2 sachets of vanilla sugar
a sachet of baking powder
a teaspoon of baking soda
a pinch of salt
800 ml milk
200 g butter
8 tablespoons sugar
7 tablespoons flour
3 tablespoons cocoa
1 tablespoon rum free

Method of preparation
It was:
In a bowl mix eggs with sugar, vanilla sugar and salt. Add the oil, milk and baking soda quenched in a little vinegar. Sift the flour with the baking powder and gradually add it to the liquid composition, stirring by hand. Transfer the dough to the floured work table and knead it for a few minutes. We need to get a suitable hard dough that no longer sticks to our hands. When ready, put the dough back in the bowl, cover the bowl with cling film or a plastic bag and let it rest (at room temperature) for half an hour.
Divide the dough into four equal parts. We spread (in turn) with the rolling pin four sheets that we bake on the back of the stove tray. I spread the dough directly on the baking paper, I pricked it with a fork, then I transferred it completely to the bottom of the tray. Bake each sheet for 7-8 minutes on a suitable heat in the preheated oven.

Baskets with strawberry cream and milk kernel - Recipes

I found at Kaufland a very interesting tray with small depths. hi, hi. when I look at the label, it says "mini-tray". So small? Miniminibriose. Okay, I'll take it, because it was on offer, only 11 RON.
I thought of making an appetizer, some salty mini buns, with pretzel dough and putting a cream cheese on top. That's what I did, with a little salmon -)
I hope you like it, that we were delighted.

For minibriose:
500g flour,
250g margarine,
250g Hochland cow telemea,
50g Hochland cheese,
1 or,
1 sachet of dry yeast (7g),
a tablespoon of salt.

For the cream:
300g Hochland sheep's milk,
200g sour cream,
50g Hochland cheese,

For decoration:
100g smoked salmon,

It's the same dough recipe you can find at the Baker's Basket.
Put all the ingredients for the dough in a large bowl, mix and form a ball.
Leave to rest for 30 minutes.
Then, the dough is divided into three and from the first piece balls are formed that are placed in each recess.

Or, I flattened the ball to make baskets, so that the filling would be more generous.

Bake in the hot oven for 10-15 minutes, until lightly browned.

Cream: The sheep's cheese is mixed with sour cream and grated cheese and sprinkled with a little dill. If it is too fluid, add more cheese, if it is too stiff, add more cream. It must be fine so that it can be stirred, because I used a pos, with which I decorated the minibrios.

For decoration: The salmon is cut into thin strips that are rolled up and placed over the cream cheese over which a little dill is sprinkled. Green would be ideal, but I had it in the freezer.

An excellent appetizer, full and elegant!

very cute! :) .. to impress guests!

I did them to my friends yesterday, they licked their fingers. Well, I'm more lazy, I replaced the muffin with a round loaf of bread cut with the glass.

Baskets with vanilla cream and strawberries

Not because I'm celebrating today, or this day would be special or special for me. It's just a holiday imported a few years ago and us from the US, obviously, with all the necessary props. But, so much publicity, hype and promotion is done on Valentine & # 8217s Day, Valentine's Day everywhere, that all this marketing, all the beautifully colored greeting cards, hearts, cookies and red candies, almost caught me too. 8230 gave me a special state (to forget the upset that my camera broke) & # 8230and & # 8230 very much made me want something sweet, simple, light, cute, to make me feel good. So, for you, I comply with the present and I wish you ”Happy Valentine's Day! ”
