Initially I wanted to choose another vegetable, but I stayed on the peppers because I don't have very pleasant memories about them. I haven't been and still am not a big fan of stuffed peppers. When I was a child, they were like a bad summer dream :)) Then I grew up and no, my tastes diversified, I accepted this food, but rarely once a year. I remember that the best peppers seemed to me to be the ones made by my mother, but not anyway. He made a meat filling like for sarmale and stuffed peppers and squash with it, and from what was left he made some sarmale. Put everything in a clay pot, add lots of tomatoes and simmer in the oven.
